2. What are your store hours?
Our physical store and customer support team operate during the following hours (Pacific Time):

- Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

4. How much does shipping cost?
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States! There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after placing it.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Tracking links become active within 24 hours of shipment.

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-Day Free Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Absolutely not! Since we offer Free Returns, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label once your return request is approved.
10. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@chosenvintage.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and send your pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours.
11. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

13. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
